Bacoor launches first call center

CITY OF BACOOR, Cavite, Feb. 14 (PIA) -- A free-of-charge service call center and hotline service project was formally launched on February 4 by the city government in partnership with Dynamic Outsource Solutions 1 (DOS-1).

City Mayor Strike Revilla made the first phone patch call that signaled the start of operations. By dialing 434-111, callers can get information on various concerns, such as the services being offered by the city government, updates and activities within Bacoor, important numbers (police, fire, ambulance), and others.

The project dubbed,“SaBayan 24/7 Call Center and Hotline Service” is the first call center in the city and one of the innovative ways by which the city government brings quality service to its people. (RF-PIA 4A, Cavite/Bacoor PIO)
