LUNGSOD NG CALAPAN, Oriental Mindoro, Agosto 9 (PIA) – Bukas na sa publiko ang nominasyon para sa Gintong Kabataan Awards (GKA) na magpaparangal sa mga kabataang naging malaki ang ambag sa kanilang sektor.

Ang GKA ay may layunin na bigyang-pagpapahalaga ang mga kabataang nagkaroon ng malaking kontribusyon sa larangan ng iba’t ibang kategorya tulad ng leadership o public service, sports excellence, science at arts. Para naman sa group category, paparangalan ang Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan na magmumula sa Barangay at Municipal levels.

Ginagawa ang naturang pagpaparangal tuwing ika-tatlong taon upang mahikayat ang mga kabataan na magpamalas nang galing sa iba’t ibang larangan at higit pang maipakita ang kanilang kakayahan at talento na magagamit nila sa hinaharap.

Ang mga nais lumahok sa naturang patimpalak ay dapat nasa edad 15-30 anyos, na suportado ng kopya ng kanilang birth certificate.

Kinakailangang tubo at laking Oriental Mindoro, may Barangay Clearance at Community Tax Certificate bilang mga patunay.

May good moral character na susuriin o titingnan sa pamamagitan ng pagmomonitor at ebalwasyon sa mga ito.

Kinakailangan ding kumpletuhin ang mga sumusunod na dokumento: application form na may 2 x 2 picture, mga nagawa o nadaluhang pagsasanay, mga natanggap na karangalan o citation, mga nasalihang outreach program, personal na pahayag na nagawa ng lalahok sa patimpalak, lagda ng lalahok sa patimpalak at ng taong nag-indorso o nag-nominate, at iba pa.

Ayon sa komite ng patimpalak, ang deadline ng pagsumite ay sa ika-25 ng Agosto 2017, hanggang 5:00 P.M.

Maaaring ipasa ang mga dokumento sa Office of the Governor, Special Concerns Division (SCD), Provincial Capitol Complex, Calapan City.
