Tagalog news: Proyektong Bansud-Sablayan road Sa OrMin, umuusad na

LUNGSOD NG CALAPAN, Oriental Mindoro, Mayo 14 (PIA) – Nakatakdang magpasa ng joint resolution  ang mga pamahalaang bayan ng Bansud at Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro para sa implementasyon ng  Bansud-Sablayan Mountain Cross-Road project na magbubukas ng daan sa pagitan ng Oriental Mindoro at Occidental Mindoro.

 

Dito sumentro ang isinagawang pagpupulong kamakailan ng Pamahalaang Bayan ng  Bansud na dinaluhan nina Bansud Mayor Angel Saulong, 203rd Brigade Colonel Antonio G. Parlade, Jr., mga kinatawan ng Department of Public Works and Highways at Municipal Engineer’s  Office.

 

Ang proyekto na may habang humigit kumulang sa 60 kilometro mula sa national highway ng Oriental Mindoro hanggang national highway ng Occidental Mindoro ay kabilang sa strategic project ng pamahalaang lokal sa pamumuno nina Gob. Alfonso V. Umali, Jr. at 2nd District Representative Reynaldo V. Umali.

 

Sa pagpupulong, ipinahayag ni 203rd Brigade Commanding Officer Col. Antonio G. Parlade na nakahandang tumulong ang kanilang hanay sa pamamagitan ng pagpapagamit ng Army Engineering Units upang maging matagumpay ang naturang proyekto. Nakahanda rin sila, anilang proteksyunan ito mula sa mga grupong magtatangkang pigilan ang proyekto at hahadlang sa pagpapatupad nito.

 

Layunin ng proyekto na mapabilis ang pag-unlad ng mga sitio at barangay na nasa liblib na lugar sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaroon ng maayos na sistema ng kalsada para sa mabilis na transportasyon ng mga produktong agrikultural na mag-aangat sa antas ng kabuhayan ng mga mamamayan.

 

Adbentahe ng naturang proyekto kumpara sa planong Victoria-Sablayan mountain cross road project, may kakaunting bilang ng mga tulay ang kinakailangang gawin sa Bansud-Sablayan road project. (CPRSD/LTC/PIA-Mimaropa/Calapan)

US Embassy, UP-IIS host ‘iftars’ in honor of Ramadan
