DOLE 4A conferred as PANATA Awardee

CALAMBA CITY, Laguna, March 15-- The Department of Social Welfare and Development Region IV-A conferred awards to different Agency Regional Offices (AROs), Civic Society Organizations (CSOs), development partners and other stakeholders which greatly contributed to the attainment of their Department’s goals and mandate.
As such, the DSWD recognized the continued and unending support of their partners under the “Pagkilala sa Natatanging Kontribusyon sa Bayan (PANATA) Awards.”

As one of DSWD’s active partners, DOLE Region IV-A Director Ma. Zenaida A. Angara-Campita recently received the PANATA Award on the conferment ceremony led by DSWD Assistant Secretary Jose Antonio Hernandez and Regional Director Leticia T. Diokno  at Magiliw Conference Hall, DSWD Field Office IV-A, Muntinlupa City.

In line with the Department’s 66th founding anniversary dubbed as “DSWD @ 66: May Malasakit”, the celebration not only highlighted the success of the implementation of DSWD’s programs and services, but also to pursue new paths to improve the welfare of our disadvantaged constituents (JORGE MANUEL C. MANILA, June 24 -- The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reminded yesterday overseas Filipino workers and job seekers to verify the status, license, and the legitimacy of placement agencies before applying for overseas employment. Emergency quick response in PH to get a boost
