DepEd Aurora magsasagawa ng random drug test

BALER, Aurora, Mayo 19 (PIA) -- Magsasagawa ang Department of Education o DepEd Aurora ng random drug testing sa mga empleyado at estudyante nito.


Ayon kay Schools Division Superintendent Edgar Domingo, limang tauhan nila ang sumailalim sa pagsasanay ukol rito at siyang awtorisadong mangalap ng mga sample para sa drug testing katuwang ang Department of Health at DepEd Central Office.


Kaugnay nito, patuloy pa din nilang pinakakalat sa mga paaralan ang masamang epekto ng ilegal na droga sa katawan ng tao.


Batay sa tala ng DepEd, may 54,539 estudyante sa mga pampublikong paaralan sa Aurora nitong nagdaang school year.


Nasa 74 naman ang tauhan ng Schools Division Office; 1,895 guro sa mga papublikong paaralang pang-elementarya at sekondary, 117 guro sa senior high school. (CLJD/JIAN-PIA 3)
