Tagalog news: 1,500 liters na fuel products, kinumpiska ng BFP

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Feb. 17 (PIA) – Kinumpiska kahapon ng mga kawani ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) ang may 1,500 liters na fuel products sa bayan ng Aritao na walang kaukulang legal documents.

 

Ani Municipal Fire Marshal Dominador Domingo, ito ay natagpuan sa barangay Calitlitan na pawing nakasilid lamang sa mga dram at plastic containers.

 

“Ito ay walang official receipts kung saan ito nagmula at wala rin itong barangay permit ngunit ito ay ipinagbibili sa mga mamamayan. Ito po ay malinaw na paglabag sa batas,” pahayag ni Domingo.

 

Dagdag pa nito na ipinagbabawal na ng pamahalaan ang panininda ng mga tingi-tinging fuel products at pag-imbak ito sa mga bahay dahil sa banta nitong maaaring pagmulan ng sunog.

 

Noong nakaraang taon, tatlong bata ang nasunog matapos sumabog ang mga sisidlang plastic containers ng mga ipinagbabawal na fuel products sa isang bahay.

 

Ang pagtitinda ng mga tingi-tinging fuel products ay ipinagbabawal ng Department of Energy (DOE) dahil sa banta nito sa buhay at illegal na gawaing panghanapbuhay. (ALM/BME/PIA 2-Nueva Vizcaya)

WV crime volume dips by 8.5%

ILOILO CITY, July 19 (PIA6) ---  The Police Regional Office (PRO)-6 reported that crime volume in Western Visayas decreased by 8.5 percent. Data from the PRO-6 Crime Information, Reporting and Analysis System (CIRAS) showed that 36,690 crime incidents were recorded for the period July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017.
