This youth forum is one of several youth-related activities for the ASEAN campaign, which seeks to inform the youth on the opportunities they can avail of that includes scholarships and student exchange programs, easy jobs placement and others. The participants, estimated to be around 200 will come from different schools in Zamboanga City.

Ms. Noemi Edaga, PIA-9 regional director said that “it is hoped that after the forum, the students will be enlightened on the ASEAN and take part of the many scholarships and other youth development programs in the ASEAN community.”
