Cebuano News: DOLE 10 gapahigayo'g wage consultation sa Camiguin

MAMBAJAO, Camiguin, May 17 - Ang Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) -10 sa pakigtambayayong sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) -Camiguin Provincial Field Office bag-ohay lamang nagpahigayon dinhi sa usa ka wage consultation forum alang sa mga mamumuo sa pribadong sektor .

Si DOLE-Camiguin Chief Emmanuel G. Toledo nagtaho nga aduna'y kinatibok-ang 94 ka mga partisipante ang mitambong, 33 niana nigikan sa sektor sa gobyerno, 54 ang nigikan sa management ug 7 ang nigikan sa labor.

Ang sitwasyon sa socio-ecomic ingon man ang panglantaw sa rehiyon gipresentar ni Engr. Cecilio Y. Clarete sa National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) -10, samtang ang updates sa mga presyo sa nag-unang mga palaliton ug mga panginahanglanon gitaho ni Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Camiguin Provincial Director Joselito Enot.

Gihisgutan usab ni Regional Union Representative Rosauro Pepito sa Associated Labor Union - Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (ALU-TUCP) ang petisyon sa grupo sa mamumuo alang sa minimum wage adjustment.

Si DOLE-10 Regional Director Joffrey M. Suyao, CESO, miingon, “I am very thankful of your positive response to our invitation for this wage consultation (Mapasalamaton kaayo ko sa inyong positibong tubag sa among imbitasyon alang niining wage consultation), pasabot lang nga importante gyud ni para sa inyo.”

"The purpose of the activity is to hear the sentiments of the management and labor sector on the petition of ALU-TUCP for across the board wage increase of P168 per day (Ang katuyoan niiini nga kalihokan mao ang pagdungog sa mga sentimento sa management ug labor nga sektor sa petisyon sa ALU-TUCP alang sa across the board wage increase nga P168 kada adlaw)," dugang ni Suyao.

Ang mga representante gikan sa Wage Board Labor nga sila Engr. Milbert M. Macarambon ug Jose B. Ares ang nagpahisayon sa maong open forum.

Ang mga sakop sa board pinaagi sa RTWPB-10 nagtala sa tanang mga komentaryo ug mga rekomendasyon sa publiko sa pagsubli sa kasamtangang wage order, nga isipong inputs ngadto sa Board in deliberations nga ipahigayon human sa Public Hearing sa Abril 26, 2017 didto sa Grand Caprice, dakbayan sa Cagayan de Oro.(Jovelyn V.
