LUNGSOD NG MALOLOS, Abril 12 (PIA) -- Sasalubong sa mga biyahero at motorista ngayong mga Mahal na Araw ang bagong kumpuni, mas mataas at mas malapad na MacArthur Highway sa bahagi ng lungsod ng Malolos.

 

Ayon kay Benedict Matawaran ng Department of Public Works and Highways 1st Engineering District, mabilis, maluwag, at patag nang nadadaanan ang bahaging ito ng highway partikular na mula sa gusali ng STI College, dadaan sa Robinson’s Place Malolos hanggang sa may tapat ng Bulacan State University o BulSU.

 

Mas lumapad ang tig-tatlong linya ng nasabing highway mula sa kanto ng Fausta hanggang sa tapat ng BulSU.

 

Noong Enero 2016, sinimulang bakbakin ang mga lundong bahagi ng MacArthur Highway sa lungsod ng Malolos upang palitan ng bagong buhos na konkretong semento.

 

May halagang 100 milyong piso ang ginastos sa ginawang concrete reblocking. (CLJD/SFV-PIA 3)
