DTI-Rizal opens 11th Negosyo Center in Baras

ANTIPOLO CITY, Rizal, May 18 (PIA)— The Department of Trade and Industry-Rizal headed by  Provincial Director Mercedes Parreno and Municipal Government of Baras recently opened the latest Negosyo Center in the Province of Rizal at the New Municipal Building.

The said Negosyo Center was launched this April 27 and is the 11th in Province. Other NCs are situated in the towns of Tanay, Cainta, Binangonan, Angono, Pililla, Jalajala, San Mateo and Taytay as well as the two centers located at the DTI provincial office and the City Mall of Antipolo.

Baras Mayor Kathrine Robles expressed gratitude to the DTI in assisting the local government of Baras through providing a venue for business registration assistance, business advisory services and other consultative services implemented by the Negosyo Center.

Negosyo Centers are set up in all LGUs nationwide under Republic Act 10644 commonly known as the, “Go Negosyo Act” which aims to empower micro, small and medium scale industries to achieve financial growth and eventually contribute to the country’s economy.
