National Digital Arts Awards 2017 launches contest mechanics with CyreneQ

MANDALUYONG CITY, Dec. 7 -- After the successful regional launches of the fourth installment of the National Digital Arts Awards (NDAA 2017) this October,  the National Organizing Committee led by Globaltronics, Inc., Brand Guerilla and Synergy 88, the Call for Entries was launched on Monday, December 6 at Globaltronics, Inc.

The launch coincided with a meet and greet session with Global Social media Influencer and National Digital Arts Awards 2017 Ambassador, Ms. Cyrene Quiamco in  the last leg of her Philippine tour and NDAA 2017 Call for Entries. Ms. CyreneQ was joined by NDAA 2017 consortium partners, led by Globaltronics , Inc. Chairman, William Guido, Brand Guerilla Ph CEO, Nato Agbayani, Brand Guerilla Ph Managing Director, Elize L. Estrada, Brand Guerilla North Luzon Manager Belle Morales, PR Works CEO, Doris Isubal- Mongaya, Synergy 88 Digital Co-Founder & Managing Director Jackeline Chua, Synchronize 11 CEO Rhea Carpio, Business Innovations Gateway, Inc. CEO Betty Dante Aw, also together with government partners, Department of Tourism (DoT) and the Office of the Director General of the Philippine Information Agency (PIA).

With the theme #changeisherenow! The 2017 installment of the NDAA vows to change the game by introducing new categories like Digital Games, 2D Animation and other sub-categories that promises to be very competitive. Also in the 2017 NDAA, both individual and team initiatives will be included to make it more relevant to industry standards. In the mechanics, NDAA will also allow participation of Philippine nationals outside of the Philippines making the contest global in nature.

The Philippines is fast becoming the animation hub of Asia with so many of international games and animation being done here in the Philippines, Jackeline Chua of Synergy 88 says, "Filipinos somehow have that innate talent when it comes to animation, which makes our animators sought after globally."

NDAA 2017 made waves by doing several launches in the regions beginning with Cebu at Palm Grass Hotel with PR Works, then in Baguio at Calle Uno Co-Working Space with Ace Estrada, then in Manila at URBN QC, then in Mindanao with CyreneQ at Be-ing Suites with Ms. Regina Evangelista of Dreamwork Davao and Gilmar Padua of Infinity Hub. From Davao, Ms. CyreneQ went to Cebu to speak with the tech & Creative Community of Cebu with Tech Talks CEO and Geeks on a Beach Organizer, Tina Amper at The TIDE Cebu. From Cebu the NDAA 2017 Caravan went on to launch the event in Bacolod at the Provincial Capitol with TOWNS Awardee, Atty. Jocelle Sigue, Chair of the Bacolod Negros Occidental Foundation for IT (BNeFIT).

Ilocos Norte town implements proper dress code for tricycle drivers
