Hiligaynon News: RPOC 12 padayon ang suporta sa Martial Law

KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato, July 14 (PIA) Ang Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) sa SOCCSKSARGEN rehiyon nag-isa sa pagsugot sa pagpahayag sang Martial Law sa Mindanao ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte.

Tungod sini, siyam ka mga resolution nga nagapahayag sang suporta sa deklarasyon sang Martial Law ang ginpresenta sa sining karon lang sa Regional Peace and Order Council Meeting, nga ginhiwat sa King’s Hall, capitol Building sa Isulan, Sultan Kudarat.

Ang pagpahayag sang suporta halin sa mga local peace and order council, kag sa League of Municipalities (LMP) Sultan Kudarat nga ginpangunahan ni Lambayong Mayor Ramon Abalos.

Siling pa ni Gov. Mangudadatu, nga bisan pa nga ginmanduan sila sang NAPOLCOM nga kuhaan sang deputation power sa mga lokal nga kapulisan wala man sila nag-untat sa paghimo sang para sa katawhay sa lugar. Gintagaan pa gid niya punto nga ang mandu wala man sang epekto sa bulig nga ginahimo sang PNP kag AFP sa probinsiya sang Sultan Kudarat nga ang Kristiyano kag Muslim nga mag-inupdanay mangabuhi sang malinong.

Hambal pa niya nga sugot siya sa pagpahayag sang Martial Law para mapalayo ang probinsiya sa mga ginamo nga nagakalatabo sa mga kaingod nga mga lugar.

Si Gov. Mangudadatu, upod ang iya 12 ka mga mayor kag si Cotabato City mayor Cynthia Guiani sining karon ginkuhaan sang deputation power sa local PNP sang National Police Commission.

 Si NAPOLCOM Commissioner on law enforcement Retired PNP director Felizardo Serapio Jr. nagpabutyag sa ginhiwat nga RPOC 12 meeting  nga ang lista sang mga puno sang mga gobyerno lokal  sa pagkuha sa ila sang deputation powers, nga  natiempo kag pila ka mga problema sa proseso amo ang ginakabalak-an kag isyu nga ang commission sa subong ginatagaan sang pagtamod.
