Cebuano News: Pilipinas nagdumala sa ika-50 nga ASEAN Foreign Ministerial nga mga tigum

MANILA, Aug. 7 (PIA) – Ang mga langyaw nga mga delegado nagsugod na sa pagpangabot sa Manila aron sa pagtambong sa ika -50 nga Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM).

 

Gikan sa Agosto 2 ngadto sa 8, ang mga langyaw nga mga ministro og senior opisyales gikan sa 10 ka mga membro nga mga estado sa ASEAN, nga dayalogo nga mga partners, og obserbers mo-apil diha sa ASEAN Ministerial Meetings og uban nga mga Related Meetings didto sa Philippine International Convention (PICC).

 

Mokabat og 13,000 ka mga kapolisan ang gipakatap aron sa pagsiguro sa mokabat og 1,700 ka mga delegado kinsa motambong sa maong mga tigum. 

 

Gawas sas ika-50 nga AMM, ubang mga dagkong kalihokan ang gikatakda ning semana lakip na ang Post Ministerial Conferences, 18th ASEAN Plus Three Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, 7th East Asia Summit Foreign Ministers’ Meeting og ika-24 nga ASEAN Regional Forum. 

 

Samtang, si Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Kris Ablan, usab atol sa usa ka press briefing, mipahayg nga adunay grand celebration aron sa paghandum sa ika-50 nga tuig sa ASEAN.

 

Sa Agosto 8, usa ka ASEAN Landmark Lighting ang ipahigayon diha sa Cultural Center of the Philippines diin kini dungan nga ipahigayon ang pag-pasiga sa ubang mga lanterns sa pinili nga mga dagkong mga lungsod og siyudad sa tibook Pilipinas.
