Cebuano News: DOLE, nipahinumdom sa mga employer sa saktong suholan alang sa Hunyo 12

TAGBILARAN CITY, June 13 (PIA)--Gipahinumdoman sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) ang mga employer nga ipakita ang ilang pagka-makanasod pinaagi sa paghatag og saktong suholan sa Hunyo 12, Independence Day o Adlaw sa Kaugalingnan, usa ka regular holiday.

Nakalatid sa Proklamasyon Blg. 50, nga gilagdaan ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte niadtong Agosto sa niaging tuig ang paghatag og saktong suholan alang sa mga regular holiday.

Gimando sa DOLE ang mga mosunod nga patakaran nga angay ipatuman sa Adlaw sa Kaugalingnan:

Kun ang empleyado wala ni-trabaho, bayran kini og 100% sa iyang suholan alang sa nahisgotang adlaw [(Inadlaw nga suholan + COLA)] x 100%];

Alang sa mga ni-trabaho sa maong adlaw nga usa  ka regular holiday, bayran sila og 200% sa iyang regular nga suholan alang sa unang walo  ka oras. [(Inadlaw nga suholan + COLA) x 200%];

Alang sa mga ni-trabaho og kapin sa walo ka oras (overtime work), bayran siya og dugang 30% sa iyang inoras nga suholan alang sa maong adlaw (Inoras nga suholan sa inadlaw nga suholan x 200% x 130% x pila ka oras nga pagtrabaho);

Samtang alang sa ni-trabaho sa regular holiday nga iya usab adlaw nga tingpahulay, hatagan siya og dugang 30% sa iyang inadlaw nga suholan nga 200% [(Inadlaw nga suholan + COLA) x 200%] + [30% (Inadlaw nga suholan x 200%)];

Ug alang usab sa ni-trabaho og kapin sa walo ka oras (overtime work) sa maong adlaw nga regular holiday, ug mao usab ang adlaw sa iyang tigpahulay, bayran siya og dugang 30% sa iyang inoras nga suholan sa maong adlaw (Inoras nga suholan x 200% x 130% x 130% x pila ka oras nga gi-trabaho).
