Cebuano News: Bohol, ‘cleared’ na sa Abu Sayyaf

BOHOL, May 16 (PIA)-- Wala na’y Abu Sayyaf sa lalawigan sa Bohol.

Kini ang deklarasyon sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) human mapatay sa nagsunod nga pursuit operations ang duha pa ka miyembro sa Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) nga gipangita sa mga otoridad sa lalawigan sukad pa niadtong niaging buwan.

Matud pa ni Brig. Gen. Arnulfo Matanguihan, commander sa 302nd Infantry Brigade, ‘cleared’ na ang lalawigan sa Bohol gikan sa mga bandidong miyembro sa ASG nga nisulod sa lalawigan didto sa lungsod sa Inabanga sa niaging buwan.

Giingong nakatago ang mga bandido human gi-hostage niini ang mag-lolo nga gipangayuan nila og pagkaon sa Barangay Kahayag.

Kahinumdoman nga naa sa 11 ka miyembro sa ASG ang nisulod sa lalawigan niadtong Abril aron mangdagit og mga turista sa lalawigan.

Si Ubayda ug Asis gilubong na ganinang alas 10 sa buntag sa susamang sementeryo sa Calape Municipal Cemetery diin didto usab gilubong ang sakop sa SWAT nga si PO2 Rey Anthony Nazareno kinsa namatay sa unang engkwentro didto sa lungsod sa Inabanga. (ecb/PIA7-Bohol)
