The award was received by Provincial Statistics Officer Frankie Dordas during the 2017 PSA National Planning Workshop in Clark, Pampanga late last year.

“Finally, we made it to the top,” said Dordas, noting that PSA Capiz has been a second runner of the nationwide search in 2014 and 2015.

Aside from the highest distinction, PSA – Capiz also placed first in the Financial, Human Resource and Administrative Service as well as Partnership and Linkages and obtained the fifth spot in the information dissemination.
