3,355 ka mga reklamo na-resolba sang CWDs

SYUDAD SANG ROXAS, Capiz, Marso 17 (PIA6) – Naglab-ot sa 3,355 ka mga reklamo sang bumalakal ang na-resolba pinaagi sa Consumer Welfare Desks (CWD) nga gintukod sang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Provincial Office sa nagkalainlain nga mga establisemento komersiyal sa probinsya.
 
Ginpahayag ni Merian Asas nga Public Information Officer sang DTI Provincial Office nga ang mga reklamo nga na-resolba sang mga CWD ang ginalakipan sang mga warranty subongman pagbaylo sang sizes ukon kolor sang produkto.
 
Samtang gindugang pa ni Asas nga ang iban nga mga bumalakal ang naga-diretso sang ila mga reklamo sa DTI Provincial Office para sa nagakaigo nga bulig ukon solusyon.
 
Nahibaluan nga 50 na ka mga CWD nga ginadumalahan sang mga nahanas sa pagdumala sang reklamo nga mga empleyado sang establisemento ang natukod sang DTI sa probinsya base sa Disyembre 31, 2016 nga rekord sang talatapan.
